It was designed to provide the initial adhesion over extremely hot surfaces before the heavier-loaded HT is applied. HPC®-HT Primer offers a ‘green’, nonflammable, non-toxic formula for high-heat surface priming. HPC®-HT Primer is easily applied, and can be applied direct to metal, concrete and other high- temperature surfaces. It will seal and block CUI over hot surfaces.  Download Documents

HSC® Coating

HSC® Coating is designed to control heat transfer on surface temperatures up to 350°F degrees (176°C). It is water-borne, and extremely lightweight and smooth in appearance. HSC® Coating uses a special acrylic resin7. blend with specific ceramic compounds added to provide a non-conductive block against heat transfer. HSC® Coating offers a “Green”, non-flammable, non- toxic formula for medium heat surface applications over standard steam pipe or oven wall construction. The coating was originally designed for hot applications where temperature exposures fall below those that would require the use of HPC® Coating. HSC® Coating is more easily applied for a smooth finish. It can be applied over metal, concrete, wood, and other substrates.  Download Documents

Mastic Sealing Tape

Mastic Sealing Tape is a self-adhering, flexible membrane used to seal seams, cracks, and holes in surface to create an excellent substrate before applying acrylic coatings. Mastic Sealing Tape is a unique formulation of premium grade bituminous resin modified with synthetic resins. It is designed with an easy, peel- off paper backing to expose a highly adhesive bottom side and then placed over a clean, dry, and sound surface. The topside has a polyester mesh fabric built-in for strength and flexibility. Mastic Sealing Tape is inert and inorganic, and will never rot, decay, or be affected by bacteria or fungus. Available in 4 inch to 36 inch width rolls, 67 feet long.

Moist Metal Grip

Moist Metal Grip is a two-part epoxy coating system that has been specifically designed with specific additives to promote adhesion when used on metal. Moist Metal Grip was developed to be applied to metal surfaces that cannot be dry enough to use Rust Grip®. It can be used directly to wet or damp metal surfaces and maintain excellent adhesion to prevent further surface corrosion. It is a water repelling epoxy for use under water or in areas where constant splashing or condensation is a problem. It is resistant to chemicals and solvents, and is designed to be applied directly to concrete, masonry and wood.  Download Documents

Multi Mesh Membrane

Multi Mesh Membrane is a polyester membrane used with Super Base (HS) for more difficult areas to spread over and seal before coating with Super Therm®.

Omega Fire

Omega Fire is a single component coating having a blend of seven different ceramics combined in a water-based, acrylic/hybrid modified silicone formula to create a barrier against extreme flame impingement and heat migration. The coating can withstand direct flame up to 2200°F (1204°C) by hardening on the surface at first contact, while continuing to provide the necessary insulation value. The resin blend binds the compounds together and forms a char causing a matrix with the ceramics across the face of the coating, facing the flame. Omega Fire is designed to stay intact with constant adhesion at extreme temperatures, while remaining flexible. In this way, it can move with the surface, during expansion and contraction, without cracking and falling off as the substrate moves.  Download Documents

Rust Grip®

Rust Grip® is a three-coats-in-one system that acts as a primer, intermediate, and topcoat with a single application.

Rust Grip® is a tough, one-part, moisture-cure polyurethane coating that absorbs atmospheric moisture to cure. Rust Grip® is loaded with a metallic pigment for strength and is also resistant to chemical solvents and acid splash. Upon curing, Rust Grip® provides a protective coating film of superior adhesion and flexibility, and is resistant to abrasion and impact.

Rust Grip® can be used as a primer or as a one-coating system. It is patented to encapsulate lead-based paints and other toxic materials, including asbestos. Rust Grip® can be applied over pressure-washed, completely dry flash rust and firmly bonded commercial paints. In most cases, a white or near-white blasting is not required. A light to medium surface rust is preferred as the profile.  Download Documents

APC Stripable Base

APC Stripable Base is a single component, water- based coating designed to be a strippable base for bare or painted metal, painted concrete, masonry, high-density plastic and wood. It offers a dual ability to adhere to a surface and to have a top-coat applied, while allowing itself to be sliced to break the surface tension and be removed months or years later.  Download Documents
